Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This part-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to the logistics and operations of a growing business, with flexibility to ramp up hours during peak seasons such as October through December. As a Contract-to-permanent position, this role provides room for growth within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Utilize order management software to process and track customer orders accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize logistics and workflow efficiency.
• Assist with transitioning to new order management systems, including training on Fulfill.io.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with relevant departments to prevent stock shortages.
• Prepare and organize shipping documentation to comply with customs and billing requirements.
• Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and customer communications.
• Adapt work hours during peak seasons to meet increased demand effectively.
• Support ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.
• Previous experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in business systems such as CRM, ERP solutions, and order management software.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
• Familiarity with customs documentation and billing processes.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours during peak seasons and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to learn and navigate new software systems, including Fulfill.io.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in Cleveland, Ohio.
