Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in Bellevue, Washington for a 2-3 month contract position. In this role, you will play a key part in managing operational processes and ensuring effective communication with managers to achieve business objectives. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with others to gather and verify essential information and documentation.

• Utilize Excel to analyze data, create reports, and perform advanced calculations using formulas.

• Develop assertive communication strategies to ensure timely responses and accurate data collection.

• Maintain organized records and track deadlines to support operational workflows.

• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.

• Prepare detailed documentation and reporting to support decision-making processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all operations.

• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline communication and minimize delays.

• Monitor and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

• Assist in the implementation of new tools or procedures to improve operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in an administrative or operations role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data entry.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing tasks.

• Ability to work independently and assertively while collaborating with team members.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
