Network Administrator

The IT Administrator will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization’s core infrastructure, with a strong focus on Cisco network administration and Microsoft 365 user support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cisco Network Administration & Configuration
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, and wireless infrastructure
• Perform advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis to resolve network issues
• Maintain and update network documentation, including configurations, and procedures
• Apply security patches and ensure network compliance
• Administer M365 environment: user accounts, license assignments, group creation, and troubleshooting
• Provide Tier 1–2 support for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office Apps
• Assist with device management, policy enforcement, and user onboarding
• Ensure endpoint compliance and support security software deployment
• End user support via phone, email, and in-person for internal and remote users
• Resolve issues related to hardware, software, networking, and peripheral devices
• Manage Active Directory domains, user accounts, group policies, and permissions
• Monitor and verify system backups, ensuring data integrity and recovery readiness

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in Cisco network administration and configuraation
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy, Firewall Technologies
• Microsoft 365 administration and support
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer-focused IT service
• Team player with a desire for collaboration
