NetSuite Implementation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Implementation Specialist to oversee and drive initiatives related to NetSuite implementations and financial consolidation processes. This is a long-term contract opportunity that offers the flexibility of remote work, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting or finance and proven expertise in managing complex system integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business goals.

• Oversee the consolidation of financial data from multiple acquired companies into NetSuite.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and accounting, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Identify and address potential risks or challenges during system implementation.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards throughout the integration process.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members involved in the project.

• Establish best practices and documentation for future system integrations.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on system implementations.
• Proven expertise in NetSuite implementation and administration.
• Strong background in accounting or finance, with knowledge of financial consolidation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in creating and executing detailed project plans.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, preferably within the Eastern Time Zone.
