We’re looking for an MSP Client Engagement Manager to be the go-to point of contact for our managed services clients. This is not a hands-on technical role—it’s about relationships, strategy, and growth. You’ll handle client communications, explain the benefits of new technologies, and identify opportunities to upsell services. Once the plan is set, you’ll hand off the technical work to our engineering team.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients—owning the relationship and ensuring satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client environments with new solutions.
- Explain complex technology in clear, compelling terms that clients understand and value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless integrations and updates.
- Drive revenue growth through consultative upselling and strategic account management.
