We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our client's day‑to‑day marketing operations and ensure consistent, high‑impact brand presence across digital channels. This person will oversee their external marketing agency, help optimize website landing pages, strengthen their SEO performance, create sales enablement materials, and drive engaging email and social media content.
Responsibilities:
- Own the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that support pipeline growth and brand awareness.
- Manage the relationship with their marketing agency, ensuring alignment on strategy, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Lead website updates, landing page optimizations, and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Oversee SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO best practices in partnership with the marketing agency.
- Create and maintain sales enablement content (one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, product sheets, etc.) to support revenue team effectiveness.
- Manage social media content calendars, posting, and analytics to grow brand presence and audience interaction.
- Assist with blog and long-form content creation when needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience working with or managing marketing agencies.
- Skilled in creating content for sales and digital channels.
- Proficient with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS tools, and social scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
