This client represents both corporations and individuals in their most significant cases and transformative deals.We are seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary for a contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will provide direct support to one partner on a busy 3–5:1 desk. This hybrid role involves four days in-office per week, within a professional team environment. Upon hire, the salary range is $95,000–$105,000 annually.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the assigned partner, including document preparation, case management, and calendar maintenance.Support litigation procedures, including court filings (state and federal), trial preparation, and e-filing.Draft, review, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.Efficiently manage complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.Maintain and organize case files, records, and confidential information in compliance with firm policies.Liaise with courts, clients, and opposing counsel in a professional manner.Assist with billing, time entry, and invoice management as needed.Collaborate with other secretaries and team members in a fast-paced environment.
