Responsibilities:
• Manage the acquisition, renewal, and tracking of licenses and permits required for the organization.
• Research licensing requirements and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and negotiate licensing agreements to optimize revenue streams.
• Monitor license terms, conditions, and ensure adherence to all compliance standards.
• Maintain organized records of licensing documentation and agreements.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to streamline the licensing process.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on licensing laws and procedures to internal teams.
• Analyze data related to licensing activities and provide actionable insights.
• Support other departments with licensing-related processes and requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in licensing processes and compliance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret and explain complex regulations with clarity.
• Proven analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of state and federal licensing regulations.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
