Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and track incoming contracts from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assign and coordinate contracts to the appropriate attorney or legal team member for further action.
- Maintain accurate records throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring all documents are properly logged and stored.
- Monitor and update contract management systems (CLMs), with an emphasis on Ironclad.
- Support attorneys and colleagues by managing deadlines, assisting with contract status updates, and facilitating efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with various departments to address contract inquiries and ensure timely processing.
- Assist with document preparation, template use, and minor administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with contract lifecycle management systems (CLMs), ideally including Ironclad.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities concurrently.
- Experience in a law firm, legal department, or similar environment preferred.
- Familiarity with basic contract terms and legal processes.
- Proactive communication skills and attention to detail.
