The firm is experiencing a period of accelerated growth, expanding its internal infrastructure to support future fundraising and long-term scale.
They are seeking an Investor Relations Associate to play a critical role in capital raising efforts and Limited Partner engagement. This position is well-suited for a commercially minded, relationship-driven professional who thrives in outbound outreach, long-cycle relationship management, and close partnership with senior leadership. The role offers direct exposure to firm leadership and sophisticated institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support fundraising campaigns, including investor outreach, meeting coordination, and follow-up communications
- Source, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of prospective limited partners, including institutions, corporates, and family offices
- Drive structured outbound efforts and maintain consistent engagement across investor relationships
- Assist with communications, including quarterly reporting, ad hoc data requests, capital calls, and distributions
- Maintain CRM systems and monitor fundraising metrics and performance indicators
- Support planning and execution of Annual Meetings and investor events
- Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s investment strategy and articulate it clearly to external stakeholders

Qualifications

- Prior exposure to institutional investors, ideally within venture capital or alternative investments
- Bachelor’s degree required
