A rapidly growing, venture-backed industrial technology company is building out its Investor Relations function ahead of a planned IPO in the near term. As part of this expansion, the firm is hiring a Coordinator, Investor Relations—a newly created role offering rare early exposure to public markets preparation, executive visibility, and high-impact strategic work.
This role will report into a senior Investor Relations leader and work closely with executive leadership, finance, and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
- Support the development and execution of the company’s investor relations strategy
- Assist with investor presentations, earnings materials, investor decks, and written communications
- Prepare analytical materials to support investor meetings, roadshows, and external messaging
- Track investor inquiries, market feedback, and peer/market intelligence
- Coordinate internally with Finance, Legal, and Executive teams on disclosures and messaging
- Help prepare the organization for public-company readiness and ongoing investor engagement
Ideal Background
- Two plus years of experience in banking, equity research or investor relations
- Excellent analytical skill, communication and writing skills
