Role Responsibilities:

As a Temporary Intake Representative, your expertise and attention to detail will ensure a seamless experience for new customers by:

• Processing New Orders: Prepare, send, and track the necessary documentation (via fax, mail, or email) between physicians, insurance companies, and customers.
• Coordination of Initial Shipments: Manage every aspect of the first delivery of medical supplies to ensure timeliness, compliance, and efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance: Handle all documentation with the highest level of accuracy and in adherence to company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Customer Communication: Maintain professional communication with patients, physicians, and insurance providers to address questions, confirm information, and resolve any issues.

What We’re Looking For:

To excel in this role, candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate:

• Healthcare Background: Prior experience in the healthcare industry or working with insurance and medical documentation is strongly preferred.
• Call Center Experience: Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and excellent communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a dedication to accuracy are essential for managing critical documentation and coordinating shipments.
• Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with faxing, email systems, and healthcare-related software is a plus.
