This role focuses on project delivery and control; budgets are pre-approved and not owned by this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT and infrastructure-related projects, including security and construction initiatives, from project kickoff through delivery.
- Manage high-level milestone planning and tracking across multiple projects.
- Coordinate and collaborate with global teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
- Provide weekly status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Lead and guide project delivery teams, providing direction to meet project goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement project communication plans, including meetings, written status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure project data integrity and maintain accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.
- Track project progress against approved goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify variances and develop action plans to keep projects on schedule and aligned with objectives.
- Establish and manage project-level deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience leading IT projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
