Position: IT Project Manager
Location: Santa Ana, CA (Onsite)
Compensation: $130,000 base
Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale technology and business transformation initiatives. This role requires a hands-on project leader with strong executive presence, the ability to manage complex programs, and experience operating in regulated environments. The IT Project Manager will partner closely with business and technology leaders to deliver high-impact initiatives on time and within budget.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years of progressive IT Project Management experience
- Proven success leading enterprise-level initiatives across multiple teams
- Experience working in regulated environments (SOX, data privacy, security)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in vendor management, risk management, and budgeting
- Hands-on experience with project tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI)
- Ability to operate strategically while managing day-to-day execution details
- Comfortable working onsite in Santa Ana
Strongly Preferred
- ERP implementations and/or cloud migration experience
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
