What You’ll Do
- Lead daily infrastructure operations across servers, storage, networks, and security
- Implement, configure, and optimize physical & virtual server environments
- Manage patching, OS deployments, monitoring, alerts, and backups
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
- Oversee entitlement/Active Directory administration
- Support procurement, lifecycle planning, and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance, documentation, and root‑cause analysis
- Mentor team members and champion best practices
- Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation for critical system needs
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of hands‑on infrastructure experience (servers, networks, storage)
- Strong background in Microsoft Server OS; VMware, Citrix, Exchange, and SQL
- Knowledge of firewall management, TCP/IP, virtualization, and scripting
- Experience with enterprise backup systems, SAN, RAID, and security practices
- Industry certifications preferred: CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA, VMware
- Proven troubleshooting, documentation, and leadership skills
