IT Infrastructure Team Lead – High‑Impact, Growth‑Focused Role

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily infrastructure operations across servers, storage, networks, and security
• Implement, configure, and optimize physical & virtual server environments
• Manage patching, OS deployments, monitoring, alerts, and backups
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
• Oversee entitlement/Active Directory administration
• Support procurement, lifecycle planning, and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and root‑cause analysis
• Mentor team members and champion best practices
• Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation for critical system needs

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of hands‑on infrastructure experience (servers, networks, storage)
• Strong background in Microsoft Server OS; VMware, Citrix, Exchange, and SQL
• Knowledge of firewall management, TCP/IP, virtualization, and scripting
• Experience with enterprise backup systems, SAN, RAID, and security practices
• Industry certifications preferred: CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA, VMware
• Proven troubleshooting, documentation, and leadership skills
