What are the responsibilities and job description for the Implementation Specialist position at Robert Half?
Robert Half HR Services is seeking an Impelementation Specialist with UKG Ready experience for a six-month contract/project. This is hybrid role, mainly remote in the South San Francisco area.
- Lead all aspects of the UKG implementation, ensuring smooth integration across multiple systems (ATS, Payroll, HRIS, and related tools).
- Partner with HR leadership, Payroll, Systems, and Operations teams to align data, processes, and timelines.
- Review, clean, and update job descriptions (approx. 400 JDs), classifications, and compensation structures for compliance and consistency.
- Serve as the connector between cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, coordination, and timely delivery of milestones.
- Lead post-implementation audit, process documentation, and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support payroll configuration and setup; ensure compliance with exempt/non-exempt classifications.
- Drive change management, communication, and training initiatives to ensure adoption and process efficiency.
