The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and a passion for fostering a positive and productive workplace.Responsibilities:• Lead and manage employee relations initiatives to ensure a supportive and inclusive work environment.• Oversee HR administration processes, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies.• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, addressing inquiries and maintaining cost-effective solutions.• Utilize HRIS systems to streamline processes and maintain accurate employee data.• Develop and implement onboarding procedures to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.• Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.The ideal candidate will have experience being involved in all functions of HR.
