Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Compliance with Employment Laws and Policies: Maintain an in-depth understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations to ensure the organization stays compliant across all HR processes and initiatives.
- Administer HR Policies and Procedures: Implement and oversee HR policies, ensuring they align with legal standards and organizational goals while keeping employees informed of updates.
- Employee Relations and Guidance: Lead employee relations efforts to nurture a collaborative environment, investigate concerns, and maintain compliance with organizational protocols.
- Recruitment and Onboarding Compliance: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop compliant recruiting and interviewing practices while ensuring onboarding processes adhere to all applicable regulations.
- Benefits Administration Compliance: Oversee benefit programs, including plan enrollment and communication, ensuring alignment with legal requirements.
- HRIS Management and Reporting: Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting in compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
- Employee Guidance and HR Support: Provide employees with accurate, timely information on HR policies, benefits, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Monitoring and Process Improvement: Evaluate HR practices, identify compliance gaps, and implement solutions to bolster adherence to laws and efficiency in HR processes.
