We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee and enhance employee relations, benefits administration, and HR processes. This role is a Contract-to-permanent opportunity based in New York, New York, offering a dynamic environment for professionals to contribute to organizational success. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain and analyze employee data, supporting strategic HR initiatives.
• Lead onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and legal requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare reports and metrics to evaluate HR activities and identify areas for improvement.
• Proven experience in human resources management, including employee relations and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems for data management and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required.
