Responsibilities:
• Assist with the accurate and timely processing of payroll, addressing employee inquiries, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with payroll-related labor laws and regulations.
• Facilitate the onboarding process by managing documentation and helping new hires integrate seamlessly into the team.
• Provide support for employee relations by responding to HR inquiries and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Schedule HR-related meetings, manage documentation, and assist in the implementation of HR programs.
• Contribute to special projects, such as payroll system updates and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Proven experience in human resources administration, including payroll support and employee relations.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) for managing employee records and processes.
• Strong skills in onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Familiarity with conducting background checks and ensuring compliance.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills to handle multiple HR tasks effectively.
• Fluency in Spanish to communicate with a diverse workforce.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information responsibly.
• Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.
