Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop strategies to enhance the candidate experience and optimize recruitment processes.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to manage candidate records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct detailed screenings and interviews to identify top talent.
• Source and connect with candidates through social platforms, networking events, and referrals.
• Manage recruitment platforms and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners.
• Administer verbal and written contingent offers to selected candidates.
• Coordinate background checks and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
• Organize and oversee internship programs, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and other talent acquisition events.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications are a plus.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
• Proficiency in using social media, networking, and recruitment platforms to identify talent.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and data management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for conducting interviews and offers.
• Reliable transportation for attending in-person meetings and external events.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic recruitment needs.
• Experience in supporting HR functions such as onboarding and employee status changes.
