HR Generalist

Are you passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities? We're looking for a dynamic HR professional to lead recruitment efforts and support key HR functions that drive employee success and engagement.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS/HRIS and ensure timely communication.
• Conduct background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation to create a welcoming experience for new hires.

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Serve as the go-to resource for employee questions on policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
• Support a positive work culture through open communication and conflict resolution.
• Assist with performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and update HR policies as needed.

Payroll & Benefits

• Process payroll accurately and address employee inquiries.
• Administer benefits including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with payroll and benefits regulations.

HR Operations & Reporting

• Keep employee records and HR documentation organized and up to date.
• Draft and revise HR materials such as job descriptions and policy documents.
• Generate HR reports and metrics to support leadership decisions.

Training & Culture Engagement

• Help plan and deliver training programs that support employee development.
• Assist with company events, recognition programs, and internal communications.
• Promote employee engagement through newsletters, digital boards, and event calendars.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience.

3–5 years of HR experience in generalist or specialist roles.

Hands-on experience across multiple HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and payroll.

HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred.
