Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
- Handle employee benefits inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner
- Support the recruitment process by assisting with the logistics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Coordinate and manage employee recognition activities
- Assist with training logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to manage daily tasks efficiently
- Leverage knowledge of ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
- Understand and apply knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Dayforce
- Ensure compliance and maintain positive employee relations
- Manage Benefit Functions and adeptly handle FMLA related matters.
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is needed
- Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential
- Experience with Ceridian is expected
- Competency in Dayforce is a must
- Ability to handle Benefit Functions effectively
- Excellent Communication skills are required
- Compliance knowledge and experience is crucial
- Experience in Employee Relations is necessary
- Knowledge of FMLA is required
