HR Director

We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with business goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives.
• Oversee employee relations to resolve conflicts, address grievances, and promote a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.
• Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Lead the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated and adhered to across the organization.
• Evaluate and improve compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues, including performance management and workforce planning.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Foster an environment of growth through training and development programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change and support business priorities.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as an HR Director.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• In-depth knowledge of benefits administration and compensation strategies.
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex HR challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR) are a plus.
