What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator position at Robert Half?
Responsibilities:
• Post job openings across multiple platforms to attract candidates with relevant experience.
• Source and screen potential candidates to ensure they meet role-specific requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct pre-employment checks, including background verifications and compliance processes.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist line managers with HR-related tasks.
• Maintain and update candidate tracking systems and personnel files to ensure accurate records.
• Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
• Generate reports and support HR projects focused on automation and process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an HR role, preferably in recruitment or administration.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other human resource management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and candidates.
• Familiarity with compliance processes and background checks.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and reporting tools.
