We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our healthcare team in Rancho Cordova, California. This long-term contract position requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring robust support for leadership and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, driving employee relations, leadership development, and compliance with employment policies.


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and market priorities.

• Manage employee relations and labor relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and policy interpretation.

• Provide coaching and guidance for leadership development to promote effective management practices.

• Foster a positive organizational culture that reflects the company’s values and mission.

• Partner with Business Units to implement HR programs and initiatives that drive organizational success.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Utilize HR analytics to inform strategic decision-making and improve workforce planning.

• Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.

• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.

• Oversee compensation strategies, including equity valuation and competitive offers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with at least 3 years of HR or leadership experience; or 5 years of equivalent experience; or a Master’s degree with relevant expertise.
• Knowledge and experience in employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, performance management, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with recruitment, training, benefits, and compensation processes.
• Proven ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Analytical skills to leverage HR data for strategic insights and decision-making.
