Help Desk Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise across various platforms and devices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT systems and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to assist users effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support for end users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and maintain systems involving Android devices, Apple products, and Mac computers.
• Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.
• Configure and deploy computer hardware and software as part of routine operations.
• Utilize Zendesk to track, prioritize, and resolve support tickets efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operation of Citrix and Cisco technologies.
• Assist in configuration management to maintain system performance and security.
• Support deployment processes and ensure proper functionality of newly installed systems.
• Offer guidance and training to users on various IT tools and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to improve service delivery.
• Proven experience in help desk or technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Android development and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Cisco and Citrix technologies.
• Competence in working with Mac computers and Apple devices.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware configuration and management.
• Ability to use Zendesk or similar ticketing systems effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
