We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in the manufacturing industry, located in Fort Collins, Colorado, United States. The chosen candidate will be responsible for refreshing laptops and providing technical support across multiple states. The role will require a solid understanding of various software and hardware systems, including Citrix Technologies, Microsoft, and Active Directory.Responsibilities:• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues• Assist in transitioning from HP to Dell systems• Perform regular maintenance and updates on laptops and other devices• Utilize knowledge of Citrix Technologies and Active Directory to manage user access and solve related issues• Use Lotus Notes and other database systems to record and track issues• Manage configuration settings for EO/IR systems and ensure they are operating correctly• Provide deskside support to users and help them navigate and use their devices effectively• Maintain a high level of knowledge about Microsoft software and other relevant technologies• Use computer hardware knowledge to diagnose and fix physical issues with laptops and other devices• Contribute to configuration management processes and help maintain consistency across systems.
