Help Desk Analyst I

We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst I to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you will provide essential technical support and ensure smooth operations for end-users. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving system issues will be crucial in maintaining productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver prompt and detail-oriented technical support to resolve user issues related to Windows systems and applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory accounts, ensuring proper access and security settings.
• Respond to and resolve service desk tickets efficiently, maintaining accurate documentation of resolutions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to minimize disruptions.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows 10 systems and related applications.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems to mitigate risks.
• Provide clear and effective communication with users to guide them through technical solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to address complex technical challenges and share knowledge.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive records of technical procedures and user interactions to ensure consistent support.
• Proficiency in Active Directory management, including account creation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and related troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with basic hardware and software troubleshooting in a help desk environment.
• Ability to handle service desk tickets efficiently and document resolutions accurately.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and functionalities.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear and friendly user support.
• Problem-solving abilities with a focus on resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
• Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
