• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in inventory tracking and maintain accurate documentation of stock levels.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails to provide customer and team support.
• Prepare reports and summaries for management using available tools.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies while performing daily tasks.
• Organize and maintain office supplies to support operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing tasks and records.
• Ability to perform administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in a general office or administrative role preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
