Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Smithfield, North Carolina. This Contract to permanent employment position offers the opportunity to work with multiple clients, providing comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting services. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial management and a proven ability to handle diverse accounting tasks with precision.

Responsibilities:
• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and statements for review and analysis.
• Perform reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to manage client accounts effectively.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with clients to address inquiries and resolve accounting issues promptly.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with other accounting software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounting tasks for multiple clients.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in handling accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Proven experience in reconciling bank and credit card statements.
• Ability to provide financial analysis and reporting tailored to client needs.
