Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records for A/P, A/R, and general ledger
Invoice clients and oversee collections
Manage vendor and credit card payments
Reconcile bank, credit card, and merchant accounts
Prepare monthly financial reports, job cost summaries, and cash flow forecasts
Track inventory, COGS, project profitability, and deferred revenue
Ensure revenue recognition compliance (ASC 606)
Oversee 1099 filings and sales tax compliance
Maintain system integrity across QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and CRM tools
Support budgeting, forecasting, and administrative tasks at the San Carlos office
What You Bring
3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Proficient in QuickBooks Online (NetSuite a plus)
Solid grasp of GAAP, job costing, and project-based accounting
Strong Excel and cloud-based tool skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
Work Environment
Hybrid role: 3 days/week in San Carlos office, rest remote
Hands-on collaboration with leadership and project teams
