Financial Reporting Manager

We are looking for a skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on a contract basis. This role requires expertise in preparing detailed financial reports, managing reconciliations, and ensuring accurate quarterly reporting. The ideal candidate MUST have experience with Sage Intacct and a strong background in financial systems automation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Manage quarterly reporting processes to support organizational decision-making.

• Conduct monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations with precision.

• Utilize Sage Intacct to streamline financial reporting and processes.

• Collaborate with teams to automate financial workflows and improve efficiency.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Support audits by providing detailed financial documentation and insights.

• Proven experience in financial reporting and management.

• ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE Proficiency in Sage Intacct software.

• Strong skills in bank reconciliations, both monthly and quarterly.

• Ability to automate financial processes and workflows.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
