Education
• 5 to 7 years business
• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• BA Finance or related field. MBA a plus
Experience and required skills
• Financial Statement Acumen
• SAP; FI, PBW, BPC (Business warehouse, excel based)
• Significant understanding of reporting processes and technology tools
• Advanced reporting analytics and modeling i.e. Tableau, Alteryx and other visualization add-ins
• Quantitative and analytical skills to provide recommendations to the business
• Ability to maintain and develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to assess and identify issues and risks across the process to translate business needs to technical
solutions
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a complex global business environment
