About the Role:
Our client, a leading e-commerce and consumer goods company, is seeking an experienced Controller to join their growing team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving process improvements to support a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the accounting team, including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Oversee cash flow management and support financing activities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Industry experience in Consumer Goods and/or E-Commerce is required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with factoring and/or Asset-Based Lending (ABL) is a plus.
- CPA designation is a plus but not required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Salary : $175,000 - $225,000
