Financial Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to support budgeting and financial planning processes in our organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in data analysis and reporting tools to provide insights that drive decision-making. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and be adept at handling complex financial models and reports.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting and forecasting needs.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and Power BI to analyze data and create visual reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor budget performance and assist in preparing financial reports for management.
• Apply data mining techniques to uncover trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Provide support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures during analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical techniques.
• Strong knowledge of variance analysis and budget management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Experience using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams.
