• Process billing and ensure accuracy in invoice reconciliation for advertising campaigns.
• Track and analyze financial data to provide insights into media operations.
• Generate detailed reports to support finance and operations teams.
• Utilize Excel tools, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP, to manage and interpret data.
• Collaborate with media buying teams to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Identify discrepancies in accounts and perform reconciliations to resolve issues.
• Leverage analytical software such as Prisma to optimize data tracking and reporting.
• Maintain precise records of financial activities to support campaign performance reviews.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address financial concerns.
• Assist in improving financial processes and workflows within the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, media, or operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools and media-specific platforms such as Prisma.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in billing and reconciliation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
