The Finance Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, implementation, usability, maintenance and optimization of the organization's financial related systems with a focus on NetSuite and Coupa.
The Finance Systems Manager will ensure the systems operate smoothly and deliver accurate and complete records to all relevant stakeholders across the company, including finance, accounting, operations, technology and c-suite members. The Finance Systems Manager is principally responsible for the financial systems on behalf of the Finance function, leading process design, functional configuration, reporting, and user training/support, while partnering closely with IT to ensure technical reliability, security, and integration across the full suite.
Position Overview:
- Lead process design, including process mapping, monitoring and improvement for Finance transformation
- Identify areas of improvement; research best practices / benchmarks and offer guidance and recommendations for process and systems improvements for the Finance transformation
- Take ownership and responsibility for the end-to-end finance processes and applications
- Compile and create process documentation and create cartography of all finance solutions
- Prioritize critical business projects and enhancements in coordination with Data & IT teams
- Drive master data accuracy and ownership within finance applications to ensure accurate reporting
- Review and define all required KPI and work with Data team, RCM team, & IT to obtain data sources and integrations required to build and support them
Essential Functions:
- Serve as the primary business owner for financial applications, ensuring they align with finance processes, compliance requirements, accounting standards, organizational policies, and evolving business needs.
- Ensure all finance system integrations are functioning as designed and provide break-fix support
- Support the Accounting Team in system related matters to support monthly and annual close processes
- Work closely with other cross-functional business partners to implement process improvement initiatives
- Act as key point of contact for Finance, contributing to integration projects
- Act as system administrator on all finance systems
- Manage contracts and act as key contact for all third-party contacts of Finance System Vendors
- Lead efforts to optimize finance workflows, prioritizing user experience and adoption across all finance systems
- Measuring and tracking systems performance, data integrity, and process efficiency
- Leverage best practices, industry standards, methodologies, technologies, and frameworks to execute on business initiatives
- Work independently to ensure all system related projects are progressing and on target with the Finance Department’s road map
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
