File Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Mt Pleasant, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and organizing both electronic and physical filing systems while supporting administrative tasks. This position offers flexibility in work hours and provides an opportunity to engage in dynamic responsibilities that extend beyond desk-bound tasks. Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.

• Ensure proper categorization and storage of paper files for easy retrieval.

• Assist in the implementation of efficient filing processes and systems.

• Manage e-filing tasks, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Perform routine checks to maintain the integrity of file systems.

• Support administrative tasks to enhance overall office operations.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline documentation workflows.

• Handle sensitive documents with confidentiality and care.

• Provide general office support as needed, contributing to a seamless work environment.

• Proven experience in file management, including electronic and physical systems.
• Familiarity with e-filing processes and related software tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in managing paper filing systems.
• Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members.
