Robert Half is partnering with a rapidly growing consumer brand to hire a Field Marketing Coordinator supporting multiple locations across the Springfield, MO region.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll support 8–12 locations within your assigned region, driving traffic, membership growth, and brand visibility through local events, community partnerships, and on-site marketing execution. You’ll collaborate directly with location managers, support promotions, activate grand openings, and ensure flawless execution of campaigns and events.
This is a field-based role with 80% travel across the region. A company vehicle is provided.
What You’ll Do
- Drive local traffic and sales through site-level marketing activation
- Plan and lead community events: grand openings, fundraisers, local festivals, sports partnerships, and more
- Support local promotions, Limited Time Offers, and Member Appreciation events
- Partner closely with site teams to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing execution
- Serve as the local brand ambassador, building community relationships and discovering partnership opportunities
- Maintain high standards for event preparation, reporting, and execution

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or a consumer-facing industry
- Experience with field or remote marketing is a plus
- Must live within 50 miles of the posting location
- Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs (event materials, signage, etc.)
- Passion for community engagement and in-person brand activation
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
