Event Support Staff

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to assist with event support at a holiday gathering hosted at the Spy Museum. This contract position requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to ensure guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy interacting with people, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance as needed throughout the event.
• Address inquiries promptly and ensure guests have accurate information about event activities.
• Monitor event spaces to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with registration or check-in processes to ensure smooth entry.
• Support event logistics, including coordinating with team members and addressing any issues on-site.
• Provide clear and courteous communication to guests and team members.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach while managing tasks in a busy environment.
• Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
• Handle any guest concerns or complaints with tact and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to event safety and security protocols.
• Previous experience in customer service or event support roles.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work on the specified date and time of the event.
• Comfortable standing or moving for extended periods during the event.
• Proficiency in handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Knowledge of event protocols and procedures is a plus.
