Event Staff

We're seeking driven, detail-oriented Event Staff to join us at the Seattle Art Fair in Seattle, WA! This contract role is all about ensuring smooth operations—from scanning tickets at the entrance to welcoming guests with top-tier service. Responsibilities:

• Assist with box office operations, including ticket scanning and ensuring efficient guest entry.

• Arrive ahead of scheduled event times to support setup and preparation activities.

• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to event attendees.

• Complete training on the ticketing platform and mobile app to execute tasks accurately and on time.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and organized event environment.

• Manage timelines effectively to ensure all tasks are completed promptly.

• Support the coordination of master schedules and event logistics.

• Address attendee inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with event protocols and safety guidelines.

• Contribute to the overall success of events by maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented attitude.

• Previous experience in events, customer service, or ticketing is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage and adhere to timelines effectively.
• Familiarity with ticket scanning tools or platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Availability for all scheduled event dates.
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering quality service.
• Willingness to complete training sessions and adapt to event-specific requirements.
