This position offers the opportunity to drive operational efficiency and deliver impactful solutions tailored to organizational needs.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with stakeholders and process experts to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.• Translate non-technical requirements into technical specifications to ensure seamless implementation.• Recommend system and process enhancements based on current business and technology knowledge.• Develop and refine metrics and reports in partnership with departmental teams.• Monitor and enhance business intelligence solutions to meet organizational needs.• Evaluate and reconcile information from multiple sources to uncover unmet business requirements.• Work closely with external vendors, including software providers and implementation partners, to deliver solutions.• Support user acceptance testing for both existing and new systems and modules.• Configure and manage system setups for business intelligence and related solutions.• Analyze system activity to assess productivity, utilization, and quality trends.
