ERP Integration Manager

We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to oversee the seamless integration and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in aligning ERP solutions with organizational goals, enhancing operational processes, and ensuring long-term system efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation to lead complex implementation projects.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive plans for ERP system integration and implementation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver customized ERP solutions.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and consultants, to ensure project success.
• Optimize ERP systems for scalability, functionality, and performance to meet organizational requirements.
• Identify potential risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of ERP systems and new features.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct regular evaluations of ERP system performance and recommend improvements when necessary.
• Maintain documentation for processes, requirements, and system configurations to support ongoing system management.
• Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor and Oracle NetSuite technologies.
• Strong ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Expertise in change management strategies for ERP implementations.
• Proven success in leading ERP integration projects with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of ERP system optimization for performance and scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical challenges effectively.
