Entry Level Receptionist

We are looking for a bilingual Receptionist to join a dynamic non-profit organization in Miami, Florida. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and offers an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while gaining valuable experience.

Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors warmly and ensure a welcoming environment at the front desk.
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments.
• Respond to inbound calls courteously and provide accurate information.
• Handle general administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
• Assist with inquiries and provide support to both internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage the reception area to maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse clientele.
• Perform other receptionist-related tasks as assigned, ensuring smooth operations.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Proficiency in operating a multi-line phone system, such as switchboards with 1-10 lines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working part-time hours with flexibility as needed.
• Experience in a non-profit environment is a plus but not mandatory.
