Position Overview: The Entry Level Sales Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert assistance in automotive sales, key cutting, and key programming. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and requirements
- Provide detailed information about our automotive services and products
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication
Sales:
- Assist customers in selecting the right automotive products and services
- Promote and upsell additional services and products that meet customer needs
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Key Cutting and Programming:
- Perform precise key cutting for a variety of automotive makes and models
- Program keys and key fobs using specialized equipment and software
- Stay updated on the latest key cutting and programming technologies and techniques
- Ensure the accuracy and functionality of all keys and key fobs produced
Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for key-related issues
- Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their automotive keys
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex key programming challenges
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of key blanks, key fobs, and related supplies
- Place orders and restock items as necessary to ensure availability
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Follow company policies and procedures in all customer interactions and transactions
- Participate in training sessions and stay informed about new products
Job Type: Full-time
