Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. This role requires a skilled individual who can oversee the execution of email campaigns, manage audience segmentation, and ensure compliance within a regulated marketing environment. Responsibilities:
• Oversee audience segmentation and manage dynamic list generation using Segment to ensure targeted email campaigns.
• Set up, test, and launch email campaigns and automated journeys using Iterable or a comparable marketing automation platform.
• Ensure accurate delivery of messages to the appropriate audience at the optimal time.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
• Maintain consistency and adhere to regulatory and compliance standards within a highly regulated marketing environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales professionals, to align campaign goals.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to campaign performance or technical challenges.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies based on data-driven analysis.
• Proficiency in utilizing Segment for audience segmentation and data management.
• Hands-on experience with Iterable or a similar email marketing automation tool.
• Strong familiarity with marketing practices within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to independently develop and launch email campaigns with exceptional attention to detail.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to marketing in highly regulated industries.
• Experience in working with B2B or endemic media platforms targeting healthcare professionals is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.
