Dispatcher

We are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team in Ceres, California. This Contract to Permanent position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment within the construction industry. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a strong aptitude for multitasking.

Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls on a multi-line switchboard, ensuring timely and detail-oriented communication.
• Coordinate and dispatch service calls efficiently, maintaining schedules and prioritizing tasks.
• Manage accounts payable processes, including accurate data entry and timely payments.
• Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting, ensuring records are precise and up to date.
• Communicate effectively in Spanish to conduct business and support bilingual customers.
• Maintain detailed records of dispatched services and related activities.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and address customer needs promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Support administrative functions, including filing and organizing documentation.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dispatcher or similar role.

• Proficiency in managing multi-line switchboards.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial systems.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks software for accounting tasks.

• Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to conduct business and communicate effectively.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
