๐Ÿ”Ž Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional accounting operations including monthly close, account reconciliation, invoicing, forecasting, and annual budget preparation.
  • Ensure financial activity is accurate, consistent, and completed within established deadlines.
  • Analyze monthly performance trends, investigate key variances, and communicate findings to leadership.
  • Prepare monthly business reviews summarizing financial results, business drivers, and actionable insights.
  • Guide recurring review meetings with division leaders to support ongoing financial performance.
  • Maintain a strong internal control structure that aligns with GAAP and corporate financial policies.
  • Serve as the accounting lead for internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of any findings.
  • Provide technical accounting expertise and GAAP interpretation to leadership teams.
  • Support annual capital and operating budget planning processes.
  • Work with operations to enhance financial and operational reporting tools; ensure timely, accurate KPIs across facilities.
  • Help define key performance metrics and ensure reporting accuracy and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve automation, and enhance financial accuracy.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen policies, procedures, and tools that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Mentor and develop accounting team members, promoting growth, accountability, and strong performance..
  • Present monthly financial and operating results to senior management and external leadership groups, including board-level presentations several times per year.
  • Maintain collaborative communication with business partners to align on financial goals and operational priorities.

โœ” Qualifications Required

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting of Finance
  • 10 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Combination of public accounting and industry experience
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
  • Manufacturing and cost accounting experience highly preferred
  • SAP experience required
  • Proven leadership experience with ability to coach and develop staff
  • Strong analytical, communication, and technical accounting skills
  • Strong expertise in financial statement preparation and consolidation.
  • Proven ability to analyze financial statements and identify trends.

Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
