Digital Designer for E-Commerce Products

We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will focus on creating visually compelling designs for e-commerce platforms, ensuring brand consistency and user engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and a passion for crafting innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging graphics using tools such as Canva, Illustrator, and InDesign, incorporating product imagery and detailed information.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities.
• Design and conceptualize web media assets to support e-commerce and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms by adhering to established design guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with e-commerce and marketing teams to align designs with brand standards and usability requirements.
• Apply typography and color theory to enhance the visual appeal of digital and marketing materials.
• Leverage expertise in Shopify, Klaviyo, and social media tools to create dynamic, platform-specific designs.
• Maintain precision and attention to detail in all design projects, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Present creative ideas and solutions to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve and innovate creative processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital design with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Demonstrated ability to create cohesive and impactful designs, showcased through a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Self-motivated with a solid work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and social media tools, with a focus on e-commerce applications.
